I believe there are five pillars of preparedness: Fitness/Health, First Aid, Self Defense, Firearms, Basic Survival Skills/Prepping. I believe in this order as well. Look at major long term disasters and how “help” comes and the “zombies” come out.
We want to offer a comprehensive system of preparedness for life and the apocalypse. A system that incorporates fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle to prepare you to physically take care of you and yours. Medical training and equipment for those sometimes unavoidable circumstances. A self defense mindset with situational awareness and skills to win when it can’t be avoided. Firearm safety and use for the horde and high risk circumstances. Finally, basic survival skills to keep you warm, dry, hydrated, fed, found, and feeling fine.
